1 The platform is an introducer only

BenaSmart introduces property owners to contracting companies and gives both sides tools to follow what they agreed. Every contract, agreement, dealing and payment happens directly between the client and the company; the platform is not a party to it, nor an agent or guarantor of either side.

2 General information, not professional advice

Everything the platform shows — including the cost calculator and the material price index — is general, approximate information for guidance only. It is not engineering, legal or financial advice, and it is not a binding quotation from anyone. Real prices and costs vary with the market, the location, the specification and the time — do not base a final decision on the platform's numbers alone.

3 Company information belongs to the companies

Company profiles — descriptions, services, licences, work photos and commercial registrations — are entered by the companies themselves. The "registration valid" state means only that the company uploaded a document whose date has not passed; it does not mean the platform verified it or vouches for it. Do your own checks on any company before contracting with it.

4 The generated agreement is a helping template

The agreement document the platform generates is a guidance template that summarises what the two parties agreed inside the platform. It is not certified legal drafting and does not replace it. Review it yourself — and consult a professional if you wish — before relying on it.

5 Payment happens outside the platform

All payments are made directly between the client and the company (bank transfer and the like). The platform does not receive, hold or transfer money; payment proofs are images uploaded by the users themselves, and the platform is not responsible for any financial dispute between the parties.

6 What you upload is your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you upload being accurate and yours to share.

7 The site "as is"

The platform is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. The platform is currently in a development and testing phase, and data may be changed or reset during it.

8 Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the platform nor its owner accepts any liability for any damage or loss — direct or indirect — arising from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from any dealing with a party you met through it.

9 Your acknowledgement

By using the platform you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understood it, and agreed to it.
