This policy is deliberately short and plain, so that you actually read it. It describes what the site really does — nothing more, nothing less.

1 Who we are

BenaSmart is a Saudi platform that helps property owners find contracting companies and manage their projects with them. This policy explains what data we collect, where it lives, who can see it, and what we use it for.

2 What we collect

When you create an account: your name, username, mobile number, email (optional), password, and account type (client or company).

We do not know your password. Only a one-way encrypted fingerprint of it is stored; nobody — including us — can read it back.

If yours is a company account: the company name, city, services, description, work photos, licence number (optional), and the commercial registration file with its expiry date (optional).

While you use the platform: project requests and their details, documents you upload (such as a property deed, a price document, or a payment proof), quotes and payments, messages exchanged between client and company inside the platform, project stages, tasks and documents, project groups, and the miscellaneous-expenses notebook.

3 What we do not collect

• No payment data. No card numbers, no bank accounts — payment happens outside the platform, directly between client and company.
• No cookies. The site does not use them at all.
• No tracking, no ads. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party services of any kind. Our pages make no request to any outside server — even the fonts and icons are hosted by us.

4 Where your data lives

On the platform's server. Private documents (deeds, commercial registrations, payment proofs and the like) are kept in a private folder that nobody can reach without signing in, and only if the document belongs to them. Your sign-in session is a token kept in your own browser and erased when you sign out.

5 Who sees what

This is the most important section of this policy:

• Visitors see only the public company directory: a company's name, city, services, description and work photos. If a company has uploaded its commercial registration, visitors see its state only ("registered" or "registration expired") — never the file, never the date.
• The other party in a deal sees your name and what you write to them. Your mobile number is shown to the company only after you accept its offer.
• The company never sees: your project groups, or your miscellaneous-expenses notebook.
• The client never sees: the internal costs a company records for itself.
• The platform's administrators see what is needed to run the site and help you, but they cannot see a company's internal costs or a client's miscellaneous-expenses notebook — those belong to their owner alone and never leave their account.

6 What we use your data for

Running the platform, and nothing else: showing your profile, delivering your request to the company you chose, and managing the deals and projects between you. We do not sell your data, share it with anyone outside the platform, or use it for marketing or advertising.

7 Your rights

• Edit your details and your company's details on the account page, any time.
• Change your password, any time.
• Ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to: [contact email].

8 Changes to this policy

If we change anything here, we update the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have seen it.
